Athletic Programs & Achievements: Saint James regained the Alabama 4A State Softball Championship in 2008 (for the fourth time since 2001), along with a state championship wrestling title, and the receipt of both of Montgomery’s most prestigious high school athletic awards, the Jimmy Hitchcock awards.  The school offers 41 competitive team sports, including football, baseball, softball, volleyball, basketball, cross-country, cheerleading, wrestling, indoor track, soccer, tennis and golf.
